Hey, FYI, its not cool to rent our a house that you’re supposed to be house sitting.. just sayin’.
A couple in San Francisco decided to head to Black Rock City, Nevada for Burning Man and hired a house sitter. The house sitter received the apartment keys and was trusted by the owners. Sounds pretty normal right? Now picture yourself on vacation and you find out your apartment is being rented on Airbnb…
EXCUSE ME…
They found out because their friends were actually the one’s to rent the apartment! The sitter had ONE job! ONE!
The house sitter was going to rent the apartment for $2,000… If they shared the money with the owners then at least that’s fair… We’d rent our place all of the time!
